All GT Surveillance products are covered under a 365-day warranty. Shipping costs are paid by the end user.

If you are a consumer with a defective product, please return it to the store you purchased it from. If, for any reason, you can’t get in contact with that store, please contact service@gtsurveillance.com.

If you are a merchant with defective products you would like to return for refund or exchange, please contact your Sales Representative directly, or email sales@gtcameras.ca.
