Our Philosophy

This web site is only a communications tool and a catalogue - it is not an actual store. We don't sell direct to customers, rather, we service security retailers and installers who are interested in designing systems for small business owners who need top quality security cameras at budget friendly prices. However, this doesn't mean that we don't believe in customer service - quite the opposite.

If you have purchased a GT Surveillance security camera and are having problems with it, please contact the company that you purchased it from. They are usually equipped to instantly replace the defective product for you. However, if you can't contact that company, please eMail service@gtsurveillance.com with any questions or concerns.

When we say 'customer service', we really mean 'dealer support'. Our authorized retailers are more than credit card numbers and usernames. We are in the business of getting to know them, their businesses, and their unique needs. From customizing our professionally written instruction manuals with their business name and address to sourcing hard to find parts, our mission is to grow our business through helping grow each of our partner businesses. Because of this, we are always open to drop ship arrangements, rush replacements, and rush orders. Moreover, we don't just distribute materials, we distribute ideas. That means that we always send along any marketing ideas, best practices, or industry rumours.

It also means that we act as eyes on the industry. Because you always place an order with a person, not over a website, we can let you know when a far superior product is soon to be available. We can keep you up to date on how our products are performing in the field.

Finally, we are always more concerned with building a relationship than cashing a cheque.
